Hayden Real Estate was established in Ballarat in 1928 by Basil Hayden, and has grown into one of the oldest and most respected real estate firms in Victoria. Hayden’s Ballarat office was run by Mr John Hayden for many years, before he handed the reins to his son Richard in 1996. Richard has overseen many improvements to the business, most notably the full adoption of The Jenman System, which specialises in the ‘private sale’ of residential property, and gives home sellers a ‘no risk’ strategy for selling. Hayden Real estate is a proud Jenman Approved member office. Hayden Real Estate Ballarat is a two-time winner of ‘Office of the Year’ at the Australasian Real Estate Awards.
