About
Western Victoria Primary Health Network (WVPHN) was established on 1 July 2015 and is responsible for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of health services for patients, particularly for those at risk of poor health outcomes.
WVPHN covers a region of 79,843 square kilometres and encompassing 21 local government areas. We have offices in Horsham, Ballarat, Geelong and Warrnambool.
We are a not-for-profit, membership-based organisation.
We achieve these goals by working collaboratively with health services, health providers and community organisations and individuals, to identify priority health issues and develop region-wide as well as localised programs and projects that directly respond to health care needs.
