We at Ballarat Community Health (BCH) work to promote health and wellbeing, and provide quality and affordable healthcare to our community. We have six locations across Ballarat and the western region. Outreach services and clinics are also provided at a range of locations throughout the Central Highlands. The primary emphasis in all service delivery is health promotion and illness prevention. We strive for high quality, flexible and responsive service delivery and health promotion by constantly monitoring and evaluating our services. BCH is a public company limited by guarantee, registered under the Corporations Act 2001 and complies with all relevant legislation including the Health Records Act 2001, Australian Privacy Principles and the Fair Work Act 2009. BCH is accredited through QIP and is pleased and proud to have achieved a further three-year accreditation for the services provided to our community.
